"This is definitely my go to spot for delicious cheese steak sandwiches. I mean it is literally the only thing on their menu in terms of main dish, so you can only imagine how good it is. The beef is tender and flavorful. The bread is fresh and a combination of a crunchy crust with a wonderfully chewy core.Get it with their homemade Poblano cheese sauce and everything else on it, you can't go wrong!For side dishes, the onion rings are my favorite. Super crunchy and a perfect blend of thick onions and crispy batter.In fact I don't think there's anything on the menu I don't like! Try everything if you can :"

"I've been visiting Wickenburg since my dad moved here a few years ago, and somehow I'd never been to Chubby's Cheesesteaks. Now that I know about it I'm going to have to trade of between their cheesesteaks and the tacos next door. Chubby's is a clean cute little log cabin on the side of the road. The staff is friendly even though they were clearly busy when we came in. Everything from the bread to the pickled peppers tasted fresh. My dad and I split the cheesesteak hoagie which was huge! The steak tasted very lean and was not greasy at all. I loved the cool crunch of the lettuce on the hoagie style. My only criticism is the styrofoam cups aren't very eco friendly, but I realize this is AZ and I'm probably the outlier."
