"This was the worst afternoon tea we’ve ever had! Customer service is shocking! Don’t think we saw a smile yet. Had to return the plates, they were absolutely filthy! We had to clean the cutlery before using them. I Don’t think they’d even been washed....To top it off the afternoon tea came with no clotted cream, that’s the main thing aswell. They said they don’t sell it now. The sandwiches were literally thrown together. We Asked for a hazelnut latte, the syrup wasn’t measured just poured in..absolutely awful. We will definitely not be returning."

"I decided to try this place after several family and friend recommendations and I am so glad that I did. the menu is simple and amazing. I went for the chill chai and it was the best chai I ever had. they can say it is not like a large chain coffee house that chai is real, tasteful, and it is amazing. I had also baked one of her muffins in front of the place and it was to die. my first trip was this morning, and my second trip was just a few hours later, because I couldn't get enough. her mango purée eistee was so refreshing on this hot afternoon. the people are friendly and the environment is so chill! I will again be much more for coffee and tea, but for a cool place to write papers or meet friends."
