"The older gentleman who works here insisted on cleaning up after my mess. Wouldn’t allow me to wipe up the table. So kind and I think family owned and operated! I got the strawberry base kiwi pineapple SO GOOD!"

"The girl working on the Monday night (11/29/21) wasn’t really rude or friendly—just there. The price board online is not accurate and has increased but was comparable to other ice cream shoppes. Very quaint little shoppe, but the ice cream scoops are definitely on the smaller side. It was plenty for me and I feel probably average overall. Best thing is the downtown Mebane vibe, which makes this worth the trip."

"This is an old fashioned style ice cream shop. The ice cream there is the real thing. Creamy and delicious made with only excellent ingredients. We also had lunch. They have a soup and sandwich special everyday. The soups are homemade. They have hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken salad and much more. This place is very kid friendly. It's a family-run business with everybody pitching in. The prices are extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.Kid-friendliness: If you have kids this is the place to go for lunch, ice cream or both. They welcome children."
