"I called this company to fix my kitchen drain issue last Saturday. Because it was on a weekend, they charged me $99 for a special dispatch fee and $380 for running a cable line. I paid a total of $540 for 20 minutes of service. If it fixed the issue, I would have been fine. But it didn't! My kitchen sink clogged again in ONE week without me doing anything abnormal. Called this company again because they offered a 30-day warrant. However, they wanted to charge me $99 again for calling them to come on a weekend. And the person who pricked up the call, Chris, immediately told me the first technician should have offered a hydro jetting solution and insisted that they need to charge me $99 for a dispatch even though they did not fix the problem the first time. And now they are going to upsell the solution and planning to charge me more. They said my warranty does not cover running different solution. Disappointed by their customer service and ability to solve the problem."

"Best plumbing experience ever with Fred of Denny's House of Plumbing yesterday. Had 3 tasks needed to be done. Previous plumbers visited but failed to follow up on parts and installation after initial consult. So I took up a neighbor's suggestion to call Denny's. Markus had me send pictures of the fixtures needing replacement, tracked down the parts, and sent Fred. He arrived on time, finished all 3 jobs in record order, and cleaned up beautifully after the work. Communication by email and phone was great, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I will always call Denny's going forward!"
