We did not eat here so can not comment on the food, but we did have drinks after shopping at DFO South Wharf. It is handy to the mall and also to the bridge to take you back over the river to the trams. We sat outside and the waiter turned on the heater to keep it warm. We ate here because it was one of the few places we could find salads on the outside menu. Salads were good, and it's along the water so a nice view/atmosphere. Bottle of wine had pretty high markup.
