no service. the tables were not clean. they were still sticky after the dame was wiped with a damp cloth. no edible plates provided, had to ask. it says the sau...

wait half an hour for our food. the personal wouldn't help and it didn't matter. could not even offer me an excuse.

4 gals meet for dinner, had to sit outside. ordered, crispy plastic cups. in the round it is a place where you play. eating was nice (not excellent.) bad servic...

"We mostly went for kbbq, but also ordered a few other dishes. the short rib was beautifully marinated and was not too fat. the pig bell and the chicken were average. the staff was very helpful with changing hot plates and adding beside dishes really happy with the seafood tofu suppe, was tasteful, generous in portion and stayed hot for long. the seafood and sliced pancake was crispy, but a little burned on the side was a pleasant experience and happy with the service."

They opened a second branch in Lane Cove and we came here for dinner one night, keen to try it out as we are big fans of the Pitt Street store. To start we ordered some special sangria. "Waiter impeccable. My salmon fillet perfectly cooked with a crispy top; the allegedly truffled mushy peas ok; the roast pumpkin a thin, nasty yellow brown, unpleasant base (and i LOVE pumpkin! . The mixed salad absolutely basic and not generous. Others with me liked their lamb, which looked overcooked and unflatteringly plated; the linguine and penne were enjoyed; the garlic bread would not have been out of place at Red Rooster beyond basic. My glass of rose was not good. Lake nice, lovely evening, good company, but overpriced, underwhelming, noisy and pretentious, for mine. Shame."
