It's been awhile but with visitors in town, decided a visit to the Southern Hotel was a consideration. On arrival observed a exceptional crowd so the thought of quick service was questioned. What User doesn't like about The Southern Hotel:
$60 for a fatty piece of steak and a frozen packet of vegetables along with a Caesar salad drowned in what tasted like homebrand Caesar dressing that had lemon juices squeezed all over. The gravy was exactly the same for pepper and mushroom. One had a few pepper corns thrown in, like wise the other had diced musjroooms. But both tasted the same. It wasn't a great meal at all, and the price was extremely over priced for the quality of the meals. We won't go back.
