The service was very attentive, the food (buffet) was very good and was always laid down. we can only recommend the Staekhouse.

"Lage: Stadtnah, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (so wie alles in Wolfsburg)Lokalitäten: süßes Fachwerkhaus von außen, innen sehr modern gestaltet und der Hof ist auch top. Schöne Möbel und generell eine sehr nette und wohlfühlende AtmosphäreService: es waren nur 2 Bedienungen unterwegs an diesem Donnerstagvormittag. Es hat lange gedauert, bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten und besonders zuvorkommend waren diese nichtBuffett-Auswahl: Extrem riesig, aber nicht vielfältig. - allerlei Brotsorten, Croissant, Körnerbrote, etc.- 4-5 verschiedene Joghurts und Quarks- große Auswahl an Schoko-Cremes (Macadamia, Spekulatius, Pina Colada, Chili, alles was das Herz begehrt)- verrückte Marmelade-Kombinationen (Vanille, Chilli, etc.)- tolle Tee-Auswahl mit geschmackvollen Teekannen und Behältern- verschiedene Käse- und Wurstsorten, sowie Lachs und viele Brotaufstriche (Wurstsalat, Kartoffelsalat, etc.)- Premium Wasser (Sprudel oder Still)- 60 Sorten Müsli (oder eher eine Ansammlung von Naschkram, wie Toffifees, gebrannte Mandeln - nicht gesund, aber lecker)- kleine Auswahl an Prosecco- etwas Obst, ein paar Melonenscheiben und Kirschen Negativ: - Das alles war NICHT gekühlt! Der Käse zerlief während dem Brunch und war schlussendlich nur noch ein klumpiger Haufen. Die Fliegen schwirrten nur so bei den Wurstwaren umher. Die Butter war nicht mehr zu identifizieren. - Außerdem war nichts beschriftet, ein riesiger Haufen Käse, aber welche Sorten dabei sind konnte man erst durch Probieren herausfinden.- mehr Obst (geschnittenes). Es lagen zwar ganze Orangen und Melonen rum, aber die sind mit den halb stumpfen Messern nicht wirklich einfach aufzuschneiden.Fazit:Tolle Auswahl und schöne Location, aber nicht sehr appetitlich mit den ganzen Fliegen. Entweder das Essen kühlen, einen dezenten Ventilator hinstellen oder auch eine Extra-Bedienung, die freundlich über das Essen informiert und nebenbei die Fliegen verscheucht.Kann man mal machen, muss aber nicht sein. Für 20€ war die Auswahl zwar gut, aber etwas mehr Service und vielleicht auch mehr frisches Obst wären super."
