"We were originally headed to another establishment but walked by and were intrigued by the menu and felt it had some healthy options for a variety of eaters in the family.I had the smoked salmon and aspargus salad which was deeeeelicious. Very fresh veggies and a generous portion of smoked salmon. This place is cute, charming, laidback."

"Had the Blackened Atlantic Salmon which was very nice but the very plain white (jasmine) rice served with it was absolutely cold. The salad accompanying it was good. But we noticed that a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which we weren't aware of. THEN, when we went to pay at the cash the waitress didn't seem to be aware of this gratuity charge practice, pretending to know nothing about it. So we would have ended up paying a 40% tip, if we hadn't been careful."

"We had an absolutely fantastic meal at the Gazebo Restaurant. Chef Alex, who has been at the restaurant for a month and as we discovered is a former Chopped Canada winner, made a vegan fennel soup that was just superb. He followed it with stuffed squash done two ways - one for me and one for my husband - that featured smoked vegetables. The flavours were interesting and rich and absolutely delicious. If we'd had room for dessert he had a vegan option for us there, too. Service was excellent - attentive and friendly - and the vineyard and lake make for a beautiful backdrop. We were able to finish our wine and beer as we strolled down to the lake. If you are looking for a truly great vegan meal in the County (or from what we could tell from other diners, an excellent place for omnivores) we can't recommend the Gazebo Restaurant in Waupoos highly enough. We will absolutely be back with friends and family. It's great to have a place that so easily and beautifully accommodates vegan meals on top of a great omnivore menu."

"I went regularly to Vic Café when it was next to the cinema before it was renovated and I loved the vegan bowl and options they had. After it was renovated, I didn't like the atmosphere as much as it was less chic and more fast food as with perpetrator bags on the menu. the vegan bowl I loved had various ingredients and was not as delicious as before! disappointment"
